What is Access Authentication?
RSign provides the sender two levels of Access Authentication which seal a document with encryption for additional security when the document is sent for e-signature, 'Required to Open Signed' and 'End-to-End'.
The first option, Required to Open Signed, encrypts the document after it has been signed and then requires an access code to view it thereafter. In other words, signed, sealed & delivered.
The second option, End-to-End, is the same as the first, but adds encryption to the initial delivery of the unsigned document, requiring the signer to also have an access code to open and view the document before signing it. In other words, sealed and delivered, then signed, sealed and delivered.
