The RSign service is limited to the following parameters:

Number of Recipients
Maximum number of combined To/Cc/Prefill recipients per envelope:  There are no limitations.

.pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .bmp, .gif, .ico, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .tif, .tiff, .htm, .html, .txt

Document Numbers and Sizes
Default for Envelope Sender
- Maximum individual file size: 25 MB
- Maximum cumulative envelope size: 25 MB
- Maximum number of files attached for sending: 100
- Maximum number of cumulative pages limit: 500

Default for Signer (see Signer attachment options)
- Maximum number of files attached while signing: 10
- Maximum cumulative attachment size for signer: 15MB
- Signer uploaded files are sent to sender only
(Higher limits are available with advanced configurations)

Please only upload documents of the following three paper sizes:
- 8.3 x 11.7 inches (21 x 30 cm)
- 8.5 x 14 inches (22 x 36 cm)
- 8.5 x 11 inches (22 x 28 cm)

User Session Time
- Length of idle time before a user is logged out: 30-minutes
- At 25-minutes of idle time, the system will display a popup message with two options: Keep me signed in or Log me out
- At 30-minutes of idle time, the user is automatically logged out and redirected to the login page.

Maximum Number of Pages
- The user can upload a document(s) that has a cumulative page limit of 500.

Timeframe for document preparation before getting timed out

- 30 minutes (After 25-minutes of idle time, the system will display a popup message with two options; “Keep me signed” in or “Log me out”)

Other Limitations
- Password protected .pdf files are not permitted to be uploaded
- Files with duplicate names not permitted inside the same envelope
- Signed and completed documents totaling over 20MB will not be attached to the “Document Completed” email, due to potential size restrictions of the recipient’s inbox. Instead, the “Document Completed” email will provide a link where the completed document can be downloaded.
