The HOME screen contains the main RSign menu and sent document details. It is also where you can edit your profile and password, set up your signature and profile image, add and edit documents you will be sending as well as monitor the status of your sent documents and account activity, including your used and remaining units.

Editing your profile
Before sending documents with RSign, you should edit and set up your user profile. Your user profile can be accessed by clicking your name which appears in the upper right corner of the screen, as shown below:
This action will direct you to your Profile within your Personal Settings:

Dashboard Panel
At the top of the Home Screen, there are three large boxes, displaying the number of documents in each stage or status.
- Waiting for you shows the number of documents in your Inbox.
- Waiting for others shows the details of sent documents which are pending signature.
- Expiring soon shows the details of the documents which are about to expire.
Drag & Drop Document Panel
The center of the screen has a drag and drop section for adding the documents that you need to send. You can also click on the green Send Document box which will bring up a menu of common drive locations where documents may be stored, allowing you to select one rather than dragging and dropping them. You may also select an RSign Template or Rule from the drop-down menu.

Inboxes and Folders
On the left-hand panel, there is green SEND button, which allows you to create a new envelope. Under the title ENVELOPES there is a list of folders that contain received and sent envelopes sent using RSign.
- The Inbox folder shows the envelopes that are awaiting your signature from some other RSign sender
- The Sent folder shows all your recently sent envelopes
- The Completed folder shows all the envelopes whose documents have been signed
- The Templates folder contains your templates.
- The Drafts folder contains your saved drafts.
- The Deleted folder shows the deleted envelopes.
You can also create custom folders using the + FOLDERS option, which will open the following pop-up:
ACTION REQUIRED has two additional folders:
- Waiting for Others shows envelopes that have been sent but have not yet been signed by the recipient.
- Expiring Soon shows any envelopes that are about to expire if there is a time limit set as a requirement.
Activity Summary
The Activity Summary panel gives you a snapshot of recent envelopes that you have sent. You can select a date range using the drop down.
- Best is the least time it took for an envelope to be complete in the selected time period.
- Average is the sum of the individual time taken for envelopes to be completed within the given time period, divided by the total number of envelopes sent.
