Thank you for selecting RMail to empower your email! The following guide will help you through the initial download, installation and activation process.
RMail is available to be used online, as well as for Outlook and other apps.
- If you are using RMail Online, you can now sign into the service from this link https://app.rmail.com/
- If you would like to use RPostOne for Outlook, follow the next steps:
1. Download. If you haven’t installed RPostOne for Outlook in your email platform yet, please go to RPostOne for Outlook download link and select your bit version of Outlook first (32 or 64). If you need help please refer to this article on how to determine and download the correct version.
2. Install. After you have downloaded the app, you will need to install and register it. If you need help please refer to this article on Installing the RMail plug-in for Microsoft Outlook Desktop.
3. Email Activation. After you have installed and registered the Outlook plugin, you must still activate the email you will use with the app in order for all the RMail services to be available and for the RMail button to appear in your Outlook.
