To access and update your RSign account profile, including your default signature and personal info, log into the RSign app https://app.rsign.com/ from any browser.
On the Home tab, hover over your name to access the profile.
This action will direct you to your Personal Settings where you will need to enter your information.
Completing your Profile
1. Confirm the First Name and Last Name boxes contain the same information that was entered when you registered with RSign. The First Name and Last Name may be modified by clicking on the textboxes and then typing in updated information. RSign will auto-populate your first and last name when you are sent a signature request and asked to include this information.
2. Add your Initials in the textbox. RSign will auto-populate your initials when you are sent a signature request and asked to include this information.
3. Confirm the Email field has the email you entered while registering with RSign. The email address is not editable. If you find it is incorrect, please email rsignsupport@rpost.com including the wrong email address and stating what the updated email address should be.
4. Enter your Company Name in the textbox. RSign will auto-populate the name of your company when you are sent a signature request and asked to include your company name.
5. Choose the Service Languange. After choosing a new language you will be asked to login again. After doing so the page will be displayed in the language you have chosen.
6. Enter your designation in the Job Title. RSign will auto-populate your job title when you are sent a signature request and asked to include this information.
7. If you wish to change your password, click on the CHANGE PASSWORD button. A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter the new information.
8. Add your photo by clicking on the green UPLOAD NEW button and browsing your computer. Recommended size: 300px x 300px. Image format: JPG/PNG/GIF
9. Add your Signature by clicking on the gray box to the right. A pop-up will appear with different alternatives for entering your signature:
- Type Signature: Type your name and choose a signature font:
- Hand-drawn: Script your signature in the touchpad field
- Upload Signature: Click on the Choose Image button to browse your drives and attach the picture of your signature. You may also drag and drop the picture.
Click on the green check box to confirm your signature.
10. Auto-Populate While Signing: This option will determine if your saved signature will automatically populate when you are signing a signature request or pre-filling a document.
N: RSign will not auto-populate your signature for signature requests or when you are pre-filling a document. To sign a document, you must draw or type a new signature each time.
Y: RSign will auto populate your signature, when you are sent a signature request or are pre-filling a document. The auto populated signature will correspond with the signature that is filled in the profile.
11. Message Signature Text: This text is automatically added to the bottom of the message sent for signature via the SEND tab.
- Click on Select Signature and then on +NEW SIGNATURE. A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter a signature name
- Enter your text signature information in the box next to “Message Signature Text”.
- Click on SAVE to save the entered text or DEFAULT if you want to make that your default signature. Once DEFAULT is clicked on you will receive a notification “Success Default Signature set successfully.” An asterisk will appear in the signature title box at the end of the signature title.
The presence of the asterisk indicates that this signature is set as the default signature and will automatically be populated in the “Add Message” text box when clicking on the SEND button to create an envelope.

12. Click on SAVE at the bottom of the page to save all your changes
