This setting, Allow Rules Editing, allows users to edit a rule after it has been created. Rules allow users to prepare a document or form as a reusable template where the fillable fields are static, but the added underlying document is dynamic. Learn how to create rules here.
This setting is available under the COMPANY and PERSONAL tabs. If you do not see the options described in this article and wish to add them, please contact your RPost Customer Success or Sales representative enable them.

Enabling rules editing
To enable the Allow Rules Editing setting, follow these steps:
1. Click on SETTINGS.
2. From the left-hand available options, click on the Templates tab and look for the Allow Rules Editing setting.
There are two values, "Y" and "N". To enable the setting, select the "Y" option.
3. Save your changes.
Editing rules
To edit rules, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Templates tab and search for the Rule you wish to edit.
2. Click on the edit icon.
3. Edit the rule as needed and save your changes.
