RPostOne is the all-in-one plug & play desktop application by RPost for Windows. Installation
1. Download the installation file from this link: https://rpost.com/apps/rapp
2. Follow all the installation instructions prompts from the Installation Wizard.
Note: you must restart your computer after the installation is complete and before logging in for the first time.
3. Launch RApp and enter your RSign credentials (you will only be required to do this once).
4. That’s it! You can now start tracking your emails, sending documents for e-signature and sharing documents securely with the click of a button!
How to add a document to RPostOne
You can attach documents using any of the following options:
- Right click on your file and choose Send To> RPostOne Desktop.
- From any application of the Microsoft Office suite, navigate to the RPost tab, and click Send to RSign.
- If using any other app (whether desktop or web), follow steps to print the document, and select Send to RPostOne Desktop from the list of printers when presented the option.
- Open RPostOne and drag-and-drop your documents.
How to use RPostOne Features
RSign
1. To prepare the document, follow any of these options:
- Prepare a document for signature: This option will open RSign in your browser with your document ready to prepare. Customize the e-signature workflow, security configurations, add a subject line and message body, and add signature, name, date stamps, radio buttons, and other input fields. - Create a template or rule: This option will open RSign in your browser with your document ready to prepare, except it will open in the Templates tab. This way you can prepare the document once, and save, reuse, and share it to save time in the future. To learn more read these articles about creating templates and rules.
- Send document as a template or rule: It allows you to select from a library of personal and shared templates or rules. Add signers and make any desired changes to the subject line and message body. The document will be sent for e-signature without ever leaving the RPostOne interface.
- Add to draft: This option will add the document to a current envelope or previous draft you were working on.
2. Click on Send to RSign to continue with preparation process in RSign.
RMail Track and Prove
1. The sender may send the email:
- Marked as a Registered Email Message: The email will contain a Registered Email banner at the top.
- Unmarked: No Registered Email banner will appear on the email.

The following enhancements are also available:
- Active Tracker™: It works as if adding a GPS tracker to your email – the service maps the viewing time and location of your important email through the email’s journey. The report the sender receives lists all activities with your email, timestamped, per geo location and IP address, plus an assessment of risk level for every activity with your email. If an activity with your email is deemed as hazardous, an immediate Eavesdropping™ Alert is generated and delivered to the sender and/or admin (depending on your specific configuration).
- Copy me: The sender will receive a copy of the email sent.
2. Click on Next
3. Complete the "To", "Subject" and "Email Body" fields and click on Send.
RMail Encrypt
1. The sender may choose between options:
- Transmission - auto-decrypts for the receiver: It is used when the recipient’s mail server has TLS available.
- Message Level - decrypts with password: It is used when the recipients’ mail server is unable to receive emails using Transmission or if the sender wishes to have the encrypted message stored encrypted at rest in the recipient’s mailbox.

The following enhancements are also available:

RMail File Share
The File Share feature allows users to send an email with a cumulative attachment size of up to 1GB in size.
1. Settings include:
- One-time file download: If checked, the recipient can only download the attachment once. After that they will get an error message.
- Document retrieval expires in: If checked, the sender may choose the timeframe in which the attachment will be available for download.
2. Click on Next
3. Complete the "To", "Subject" and "Email Body" fields and click on Send.
The File Share feature may be combined with the Track & Prove and Encryption features.
RDocs
RDocs converts any presentation or document into a Rights Protected Document file – an RPD™ file – which empowers the sender to track reader activity or restrict access to certain viewers. Click here to learn more about RDocs.
