RSign Bulk Send is designed for sending large quantities of signature requests and simplifying RSign automation without the need of using an API. With the use of templates and a CSV file, it is possible to send multiple requests to multiple people at once. If you don’t have this feature available in the platform, please contact your RPost Customer Success or Sales representative.

2. Take note and record the template codes you will be using.
3. Go to Edit that template
4. Take note and record the Role Types and Role Names used in the template
Note: The Prefill Role Type is not compatible with the Bulk Send feature.
5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 if more than one template will be used in the Bulk Send process.
Preparing the CSV file for Bulk Send
1. Go to the HOME tab and click on the Bulk Send button
2. Click on the spreadsheet icon to download the CSV file
