The Display Terms of Service in the Signed PDF Signature Certificate setting provides the ability to include the text entered in the Terms of Service setting in the signature certificate.

Enabling this setting
This setting is available under both the COMPANY and PERSONAL tabs. If you do not see the options described in this article and wish to add them, please contact your RPost Customer Success or Sales representative to enable them.
Click on SETTINGS > E-Disclosure.
Scroll down the Option column and select Display Terms of Service in the Signed PDF Signature Certificate to manage the setting.
Display Terms of Service in the Signed PDF Signature Certificate has the following options:
- N: The terms of service will not be included in the signed PDF signature certificate.
- Y: The terms of service will be included in the signed PDF signature certificate.
