The Auto Fill Text Controls of Same Label setting helps signers save time when filling out text control fields which have been assigned to the same signer with the same label: once the first field is populated, the other fields are autocompleted.

This setting is available under the COMPANY and PERSONAL tabs. If you do not see the options described in this article and wish to add them, please contact your RPost Customer Success or Sales representative to enable them.

To enable the setting, Auto Fill Text Controls of Same Label, follow these steps:

1. Click on SETTINGS.

2. From the left-hand available options, click on the Advanced tab and look for the Enable Auto Fill Text Controls of Same Label setting.

3. There are two values, Y and N. To enable the setting, select the Y option.

- Setting set to N: If the same field with the same label is requested to be filled by the signer multiple times, they will have to enter the requested information as many times as they appear on the document.
- Setting set to Y: If the same field with the same label is requested to be filled by the signer multiple times, they will have to enter the requested information only once. The subsequent fields will be auto populated.

4. Save your changes.
