When someone receives an RSign email, they may need to reply to the sender.
The Signature Request-Reply Address setting determines what email address the prospective signer will see when they click on “reply.”
This setting is available under the COMPANY tab only. If you do not see the options described in this article and wish to add them, please contact your RPost Customer Success or Sales representative to enable them.
To configure the Signature Request-Reply Address setting, you must have a Customer Admin role.
1. Click on SETTINGS.
2. From the left-hand available options, click on the Advanced tab and look for the Signature Request-Reply Address setting.
3. Select the corresponding value from the dropdown:
- If no-reply@1.rsign.net is selected, the reply-to email address will be no-reply@1.rsign.net.
- If Sender’s Email is selected, the reply-to email address will be the email of the sender.
4. Save your changes.
