The Out-of-Office Settings provide the ability for a user to copy or re-route all their emails in a specified date range to any other designated email address mentioned in settings options.
The settings for Out-of-Office options are available to the user in the PERSONAL tab.
Enabling Out-of-Office Settings.
- Click on SETTINGS.
- Under the PERSONAL tab, click the Out-of-Office tab on the left menu.
Default Settings: Enable Out-of-Office Mode is disabled by default.
- Switch the Enable Out-of-Office Mode to "Y" to enable the settings. Next, select the Date Range (First Day and Last Day).
- Enter the email address to copy all RSign emails in the text field provided and/or enter the email address to re-route all RSign emails in the text field provided. Note, you can only enter one email address in each field.
- Save your changes.
Once enabled, the Out-of-Office Mode is displayed beside the username.
