The Out-of-Office settings provide the ability for a user to copy or re-route all their emails in a specified date range to any other designated email address.
The settings for Out-of-Office options are only available in the PERSONAL tab.
To enable this setting, follow these steps:
1. Click on SETTINGS.
2. Under the PERSONAL tab, click on the Out-of-Office tab on the left menu.
3. Switch the Enable Out-of-Office Mode to "Y". Next, select the Date Range (First Day and Last Day). Finally, enter the email address to copy all RSign emails in the text field provided and/or enter the email address to re-route all RSign emails in the text field provided.
Note: you can only enter one email address in each field.
4. Save your changes.
Once enabled, the Out-of-Office Mode is displayed beside the username.
