The SETTINGS tab is available for all RSign® user roles (Customer Admin, and User). Users assigned the administrator roles can view the PERSONAL and the COMPANY subtab and override user-level settings.
NOTE: The settings overridden by the administrators take effect after both the administrator and the user log out and log in again from their current browser sessions.
The Disclaimer Location and Disclaimer Content options provide Customer Admins the ability to add a customized disclaimer in any of the available places when emails are sent through RSign.
This setting is available under the COMPANY tab only. If you do not see the options described in this article and wish to add them, please contact your RPost sales or account manager to enable them.
To configure the Disclaimer Content, follow these instructions:
- Click on SETTINGS.
From the left-hand available options, click on the Admin tab and look for the Disclaimer Location and Content settings
- Customize the footer as needed. If the disclaimer box is empty, nothing is displayed at the bottom of the RSign emails. If the disclaimer box has text, that text is displayed at the bottom of the RSign emails.
- Save your changes.

The Disclaimer text allows for rich text and can be located in any of the following options:
- Top of the email body: The disclaimer is placed above the email message.
- Below email body: The disclaimer is placed below the email message.
- Bottom of email: The disclaimer is placed at the bottom of the email.
