Right Recipient™ alerts the sender if it detects that they are about to misaddress an email by detecting whether the sender has sent sensitive information to those recipients in the past and, if not, prompts them to verify.
Right Recipient™ is available from RMail button version 11.3 onwards.
Settings
To change the Right Recipient™ default setup, access RMail Settings in Outlook by clicking on File tab, and then selecting RMail Settings from the options.
Navigate to the Right Recipient™ tab on the left panel. If you do not see this option, please contact RPost Support.
The list of verified recipients is stored for a configurable rolling period of time: Continuous, 30, 90, 180, or 365 days. If the Continuous option is selected, the sender will be asked to verify all recipient email addresses every time they send a Registered email.
Note: If an email address is on the list and a Registered email is sent to that address, the period resets for them.
To view the list of verified recipients, click on the View Verified Recipients. To clear the list, click on Clear Verified Recipients.
The Right Recipient™ feature can be configured to be triggered when specific or all RMail services are used. Select the RMail services by checking the corresponding boxes under the Enable For section.
