Either when sending a one-off envelope, or when using templates or rules, one of the most important steps is configuring who the recipients are. RSign gives you the option to select recipients from your RSign Contact List.

Adding Recipients from Contact List when Preparing Envelopes
To add recipients from your RSign Contact List, click on the contacts icon located in the Recipient Name field.
The contact list includes all the contacts that were added to your personal contact list, as well as those that were added at a company level.
Enter the recipient’s name or email in the search bar to filter the list accordingly.
Select the corresponding recipient and click on the green checkmark icon.
The recipient is now added to your envelope.
