The Allow Template Editing setting provides the ability for the sender to make changes to already created templates.
This setting is available under the COMPANY and PERSONAL tabs. If you do not see the options described in this article and wish to add them, please contact your RPost Customer Success or Sales representative to enable them.

Enabling this setting
To enable the Allow Template Editing setting, follow these steps:
1. Click on the SETTINGS > Template.
2. Scroll down the Option column and select Allow Template Editing to manage the setting.
Allow Template Editing has the following options:
Y: The sender will be able to make changes to already created templates.
N: The sender will not be able to make changes to already created templates.
How to edit templates
To edit templates, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Templates option from the top navigation bar and search for the template you wish to edit.
2. Click on the edit icon.
3. Modify the template as needed and save your changes.
