The Allow Users to Create Message Templates setting provides the ability to create standardized message templates to use when sending signature requests. It helps save time by pre-populating the subject and message body instead of filling them out manually. If enabled, the “Create Message Templates” button will appear in the TEMPLATES tab.
This setting is available under the COMPANY and PERSONAL tabs. If you do not see the options described in this article and wish to add them, please contact your RPost Customer Success or Sales representative to enable them.
To enable the Allow Users to Create Message Template setting, follow these steps:
1. Click on the SETTINGS > Template.
2. Scroll down the Option column and select Allow Users to Create Message Templates to manage the setting.
Allow Users to Create Message Templates has the following options.
Y: A “Create Message Template” button will be visible in the TEMPLATES tab.
N: A “Create Message Template” button will not be visible in the TEMPLATES tab.
3. Save your changes.
