The Documents Combined in One Envelope setting provides the ability to combine documents into one envelope when sending multiple documents for signature.
The SETTINGS tab should be available for all RSign® user roles (RPost® Super Admin, RSign Support, Customer Admin, and User). This setting is available under the COMPANY and PERSONAL tab.
- Click the SETTINGS > Template.
The Template settings menu displays the Option and the visibility settings including the Display on Send Tab, Default Settings, Override User & Lock Settings.
- Scroll down the Option column and select Documents Combined in One Envelope to manage or change the default settings.
Documents Combined in One Envelope has the following defaults and options.
Default Setting: Documents Combined in One Envelope is set to “Y” by default.
- N: Documents Combine in One Envelope will be disabled.
- Y: Documents Combine in One Envelope will be enabled.
