R&R Insurance Services manages their customer correspondence through RPost’s Registered Email® service which has built-in compatibility with Vertafore’s Agency Management System, AMS 360 product. R&R Insurance requires all 175 employees spread over four locations to send all important correspondence using RPost’s Registered Email service with the encryption option when required. Users are instructed to send all high value and private messages by RPost services to mitigate E&O risk and prove compliance with HIPAA, GLB, SOX data protection, privacy and management rules.
