The HOME screen contains the main RSign menu and sent document details. It is also where you can edit your profile and password, set up your signature and profile image, add and edit documents you will be sending as well as monitor the status of your sent documents and account activity, including your used and remaining units. Editing Your Profile
Before sending documents with RSign, you should edit and set up your user profile. Your user profile can be accessed by hovering your mouse over your name which appears in the upper right corner of the screen, as shown below in the red circle.
Clicking your user name will bring up the option window to edit your profile, add your signature and view your account plan and units remaining.
Add your photo by clicking the UPLOAD NEW button and using the file manager to browse your computer (optional).
Adding your Signature
Add or edit your signature by clicking YOUR NAME in the gray Signature box. This will bring up the signature editor where you can either hand draw a signature or type it and pick a signature font.
- Type your name and choose a signature font, or,
- Click HAND-DRAWN and script your signature in the touchpad field.
- Click the green check box to confirm your signature.

You can create multiple signatures as needed for different scenarios (personal, business, informal, etc) then select them, using the Message Signature Text box by using the drop down arrow. Additional information about the Message Signature Text can be found in this article.
Your RSign subscription information along with the units allowed and sent for that subscription cycle would be visible under the My Plan window.
Click the green checkbox to confirm and save your signatures and profile.
At the top of the Home Screen, there are two large boxes, Waiting for You as well as Waiting for Others and Expiring Soon, displaying the number of documents in each stage or status.
- Waiting for You shows the number of documents in your Inbox.
- Waiting for Others shows the details of sent documents which are pending signature.
- Expiring soon shows shows the details of the documents which are about to expire.
Drag & Drop Document Panel
The center of the screen has a drag and drop section for adding your Word or PDFs documents which you need to send. You can also click on the green Send Document box which will bring up a menu of common drive locations where documents may be stored, allowing you to select one rather than drag and drop it. You may also select an RSign template form the drop down menu. For more information on using Templates, please refer to this article in the Templates Screen section
Inboxes and Folders
On the right hand panel you will see you Inbox and well as other folders that contain the envelopes of the documents that you have sent using RSign. Think of envelopes as their non digital paper counterparts, if you send someone a document - the envelope is the container that it gets sent in therefore the envelop contains all the information related to the documents being sent, such as time of delivery and signature.
- The Inbox folder shows any envelopes that have been signed and returned to you, or that are awaiting your signature from some other RSign sender
- The Sent folder shows all your recent sent envelopes
- The Completed folder shows all the envelopes whose documents have been signed
- The Templates folder contains your templates.
- The Drafts folder contains your drafts.
- The Deleted folder shows any the deleted envelopes.
You can also create custom folders using the + FOLDERS option.
ACTION REQUIRED has two additional folders:
Waiting for Others, which shows envelopes that have been sent but have not yet been signed by the recipient, and Expiring Soon, which shows any envelopes that are about to expire if there is a time limit set as a requirement.
The Activity Summary pane give you a snapshot glance of recent envelopes that you have sent, you can select a date range to view using the drop down.
