Thank you for selecting RMail to empower your email! The following guide will help you through the initial download, installation and activation process as well cover the basic features, use and benefits of the RMail service.
First Step - Download
If you haven’t installed RMail for Outlook yet in your email platform
please go to RMail for Outlook Download Link, select your bit version of Outlook first ( 32 or 64 ) if you need help determining that you can use this guide
Second Step - Install
After you have downloaded the app, you will need install and register it, You can find step by step installation instructions with screenshots in this guide
Third and Final Step - Email Activation
After you have installed and registered the Outlook plugin, you must still activate the email you will use with the app in order for all the RMail services to be available and for the RMail button to appear in your Outlook. Please follow the step-by-step instructions in this guide

If you need to submit a support ticket for further assistance, you will also need to register for the first time on the Customer Support portal .
