An Envelope Code, also known as an Envelope ID is a unique 24 character code that is assigned to each envelope sent from the RSign system. The Envelope Code is unique identifier for RSign envelopes. In most cases, if you submit a support ticket relating to a sent RSign document, the support agent will expect an Envelope Code/Envelope ID for each document you are referring to. This is so the agent can correctly and thoroughly investigate the issue.

Where Do I Find the Envelope ID / Envelope Code
There are several places you can find the Envelope ID/Envelope Code.
All Emails Referring to the RSign Document
The first place to look is any RSign email pertaining to the RSign document. In all RSign related emails there will be a section near the top of the email that provides information on who the document was sent From, To (generally, you the recipient), and the Envelope code titled "Envelope". The Envelope Code is the 24 character code following the format xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.

MANAGE Tab
When logged into RSign via https://app.rsign.com, click the MANAGE tab. you will be navagated to the section where you can view all RSign envelopes corresponding to your account.
The Envelope Code is the 24 character code following the format xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx of the envelope located in the column titled "Envelope Code".

RSign Document
The Envelope Code is the 27 character code following the format ENVxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. The Envelope Code can usually be found in one of the four corners of an RSign document's page. This is dependent on how the Customer Admin for your company has set up the Envelope Stamp Print option. If you do not see the Envelope Code the envelope stamp print function has been disabled and the Envelope Code will not be located on the document except in the Signature Certificate.

Signature Certificate
The Envelope Code/Envelope ID is the 27 character code following the format ENVxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. It can be found on the Signature Certificate of the corresponding RSign document in the Envelope Data section to the right of Envelope ID.

How to Include Envelope Code(s) in a Support Request.
To include one or more Envelope Code(s)/Envelope IDs in a Support Request follow the steps below.
Note: If you need to fill out a customer support request go here: https://support.rpost.com/hc/en-us in the top right hand corner choose either Login to Support or if you have not created a ticket before Register for Support
1. Highlight the full code with your mouse or trackpad
2. "Right" click and then click copy.
a. Alternativly you can press "ctrl+C"(Command+C if on a Mac) to copy the envelope code to your clipboard.
3. In sction of the support ticket space titled "Description" right click and click "Paste".
a. Alternativly press ctrl+P (Command+P if on mac).
4. The Envelope Code/Envelope ID should now be added in the correct place. Please include all Envelope Codes/Envelope IDs pertaining to the support request.
a. Please avoid typing out the Envelope Code/Envelope ID and always copy and paste if possible.
