Enabling a Post Signing Landing Page After a Signer Completes an RSign Contract:
This article refers to a post-signing landing page for all future RSign documents and not a template that already havs a custom post signing landing page URL associated with it. Please click here, if you wish to read more on how to create one or more individual templates with a Post Signing Landing Page URL unique to the individual template.
In most cases when someone signs and completes an RSign document he or she will be directed to a webpage within RSign notifying him or her that they have completed their portion of the document.
Many companies who use RSign, want to be able to direct their clients/customers who sign a contract to the company page or another page of the company who controls the RSign account's choosing upon completion of the contract.
If you manage your companies RSign account and wish to change the post-signing landing page for future RSign contracts. You can by contacting your RPost account manager or submitting a support request.
This is a paid feature and may not be included in your current plan. Functionality may vary by plan or region.
Signer Experience:
This scenario assumes a custom post signing landing page has been enabled for this company account.
1. The Signer receives an email or static link to sign an RSign document from an account within the company with the custom post-signing landing page.
2. The Signer then fills out the RSign document as normal and clicks "Submit".
3. After the signer clicks submit he or she will be directed to the post-signing landing page requested by the company who controls the RSign account that propagated this contract.
In this example, after submit was clicked, the site directed the signer to the page of the North End Associates instead of the standard RSign "signing complete" page.
