How to Enable or Disable the Post Signing Login Popup
As a default setting: When an RSign signature request is completed and submitted the Signer will be then sent a prompt to either sign up or sign in to RSign dependent on if the signer has an RSign account. This setting controls if the post-signing popup prompt is turned on or off within the Senders settings.

This setting will only be visible and accessible to RPost employees. If you are a Customer Admin or have a paid account with RPost and wish to disable this setting please contact your RPost account manager or submit a support ticket requesting to change this feature at the link here: https://support.rpost.com/hc/en-us. This setting can be disabled per user or the whole company. Setting Enable post signing login popup to N will make it so the user or company accounts/customers/clients do not receive the sign-up/sign in post signing popup. Please be aware that disabling the Post signing login popup is a paid feature and the price and accessibility depends on your account plan.
The signer does not determine the setting, rather the sender or the company account the sender is listed under will determine if the signer receives this post signing signup/login pop up.
1. Option: Lists the setting Enable post signing login popup.
2. Default Settings: This column controls if a popup will appear after a user has signed and submitted an RSign document. The popup will prompt the signer to Sign in or Sign up dependent on if the signer already has an RSign account.
a. N: The post signing login popup is disabled.
b. Y (Default): The post signing login popup is enabled.
Default Signer Experience Allow post signing login-popup set to Y
1. A Recipient/Signer receives an RSign Signature Request Email. He or she then clicks the View and Sign link.
2. The Signer then fills out and signs the RSign document as normal.
3. The signer then clicks the green Submit button in the top right-hand corner.
4. Upon clicking the submit button a popup will appear; this popup will differ depending on if the signer has an RSign account linked to his or her email address from which the Signer accessed this signing link.
a. If the Signer does not have an RSign account, the popup will provide an option to sign up for RSign on the spot by entering an email and password.
i. The Signer can choose to sign up for an RSign account or dismiss this request.
1. If dismissed the signer will be brought to the Post Signing landing page. The signing process is now complete.
b. If the Signer has an RSign account, the popup will prompt the Signer to sign into RSign.
i. The Signer can choose to sign in or dismiss this action.
