RSign emails are sent using the email address contracts@rpost.com with the sender’s name as the “Friendly Name + via RSign”. This helps the recipient to identify the sender of the email.
Replying to a Signature Request Email
The Signature Request Email is intended only for the person who is expected to sign the document and should not be accessed by anyone else.
If a recipient clicks reply in his or her e-mail program to an RSign Signature Request the email will be routed to "No-Reply@rpost.com" which will send a bounce-back message informing the recipient to e-mail the Sender directly.
Replying to a Non-Signature Request Email
If a user clicks reply to any other emails generated via RSign that do not contain a signature request link, the email will be routed directly back to the sender.
An example of this would be the final signed RSign document, or if the user receives a "cc" of a signature request.
