If outgoing RMails getting flagged as spam or as fishing, for example, when trying to send within your own organization, you may need to set RMail as a known Safe Sender.
It is rare, but occasionally a recipient of an RPost email will have the email blocked by their server, or caught by their spam filter. There are numerous reasons this could happen, but a simple solution when it does is to whitelist RMail on the server, or for spam filter to receive:
- An RMail message sent from a sender within the recipient’s network
The Registered Receipt email.
