When an RSign document is signed and completed the Setting Attach signed pdf will determine how the Sender and Signer(s) receive the completed document. The documents can either be received through a link to where they are stored on a website for download or as a PDF attached to an email.
SETTINGS TAB – ADMIN SETTINGS

1. Option: Attach Signed PDF Option.
2. Default Settings: Controls how the Sender and Signer will receive the final signed and completed document.
a. Sender and Signer – Both Sender and Signer will receive a PDF copy of the signed and completed document with the “Document Signed” or “Final Document” email.
b. Sender Only – Once the RSign document is signed and completed the Sender will receive an email with a copy of the PDF of the completed document. The Signer(s) will receive a link to view and download the completed document within the web browser.
c. Retrieval Link - Once the RSign document is signed and completed the Sender and Signer(s) view and download the completed document within the web browser.
3. If “Store signed PDF” is set to “N”, Then the setting “Retrieval Link” in the setting, “Attach signed PDF option” will not take effect and will switch back to the setting Sender and Signer. This is because if “Store Signed PDF” is set to “N” then RPost will not save the document to company servers and thus will not be able to provide a link to access it. The document must be provided to the user by PDF at time of completion.
