Fillable Field Control: Signature

Drag the Signature box onto the document to the location where a signer is to place his or her signature.
Set the available options:
Signer: If the document is sent to more than one recipient, assign the signer who will need to add his or her signature in this field.
Required: Check the Required box to make completion of this field mandatory.
Press the green check when complete
Signature Control Icon
The icon that controls the Signature Control.
Lists the name of the person who will be asked to sign this field. If the document is sent to more than one person, click this field to assign a signer to this field.
Checked: A check requires the Signature Control be completed by the assigned recipient.
Unchecked: If unchecked, this field will be optional for the assigned recipient.
Press the cancel icon to close the Signature Control window.
Press the green checkmark to add the Signature Control to the document.
The Signature Control appears as shown on the document.
Signature Field Hover
When the mouse hovers over the Signature Control field, an edit and delete button will appear.
Clicking the “Pencil” Icon will bring back the editing window.
Clicking the “X” icon will delete the label.
The document creator can also drag the 3 red dots to make the form field longer or shorter.
