Companies and senders have two options to configure the Outlook plug-in to show new default settings on the feature dialog window.

- Change the options on the local Outlook by following the steps below:
1. In the Microsoft Outlook Inbox select File.
2. Press RMail Settings.
3. Change the defaults from the options panel user interface.
