Sending reminders for signature requests ensures timely completion of important documents, providing a helpful prompt to recipients and facilitating a smoother workflow.

In the WebTracking page, you will find the option Send Reminder next to each recipient who has not yet signed the document. Access to the WebTracking page is granted using the same credentials as your other RPost apps.

Up to three manual reminders can be sent to a signer, with a limit of one manual reminder per day.

Note: If an automatic reminder is triggered for the day, manual reminders cannot be sent.
