The Enable Post Signing Login Popup setting provides the ability to allow for a popup to appear for the recipient of a document after they have electronically signed it. The popup suggests to the recipient to login to an RSign account and that the document has been saved for them.
The SETTINGS tab should be available for all RSign® user roles (RPost® Super Admin, RSign Support, Customer Admin, and User). The Settings Tab includes settings for Admin, Sending, Template, Storage, System, E-Disclosure, Advanced, and Privacy.
- Click the SETTINGS > Admin
The Admin menu displays the name of each setting in the Option column as well as the Default Settings for each and the ability to Override User Settings.
- Scroll down the Option column and select Post Signing Login Popup to manage or change the default settings.
Enable Post Signing Landing Popup has the following defaults and options.
Default Settings: The “Y” option is selected by default.
- Y: The post signing login popup will appear for the recipient after they have signed the document.
- N: The post signing login popup will not appear for the recipient after they have signed the document. The user will instead be redirected to a landing page.
