The setting Create Static Link for Template, available under the COMPANY and PERSONAL tab, allows users to create RForms. A Static Link is a hyperlink which, when clicked on, will take the signer directly to the document to sign. 

To enable RForms, follow these steps:

1. Click on the SETTINGS  >  Template.

2. Scroll down the Options and select Create Static Link for Template to manage the setting.

Create Static Link for Template has the following options:

N: When creating a template, no static link is generated. This is the default behavior of RSign.
Y: When creating a template, a static link is automatically generated. In other words, RSign creates an RForm for you. 

RSign allows you to create an RForm to capture only one or more signatures:
- Allow Single Signer: This option allows users to create an RForm, which restricts the number of signers to one. While creating the RForm, RSign will not allow you to add more than one role on the Templates page.
- Allow Multiple Signers: This option allows users to create an RForm that can capture signatures from one or more signers. Therefore, the creating an RForm, you can add more than one role to the Template page
