Document Scope
This document explains in detail for the product team how to set up branding in RPortal for customers and partners.
RPortal Branding
The RPortal Branding module provides an opportunity for customers to brand and configure the RMail and RSign services. The branding components include:
- Company Logo
- Header/Footer
- Links
All branding components and settings are specific to a single customer and are reflected in the email and web templates viewed by recipients of that feature.
Access to Branding in RPortal
- Log into the RPortal platform where the branding will be configured (Production, Sandbox, etc.).
- Click the Branding tile.
- The branding home page will appear.
- You may search for a company in the search bar to view the branding configuration for a specific customer.
- You may click any of the hyperlinks of the brand to edit the configuration.
- Press Create Brand to create branding for a new customer.
Create a Brand
- Press Create Brand.
- Enter the Company Name in the top text box and select the company account from the dropdown.
- Setup Company Logo as Brand
- Click or Drag and Drop local file to upload the Company Logo and click Save.
- The company logo optimal size (w x h) is 200px X 50px or this ratio.
- You may delete the logo by pressing the trash can icon.
- Click Save after inputting information.
- Enable Branding Services
To activate a new brand, select the Enable option in the dropdown.

- Disabled: To disable branding for the customer.
- Enabled: To enable branding for the customer.
- Pending: To hold off on branding for the customer until more information is gathered.
- Secure Reply Landing Page: This is the URL recipients will be directed to after sending a secure reply to an encrypted email.
- E-Sign Landing Page: This is the web page recipients will be directed to after signing an RMail E-Sign document.
- E-Sign Confirmation Page: This is the web page recipients will be directed to if they attempt to open an already signed RMail E-Sign document.
- Click Save after inputting information in each section.

- Setup Email Template for Branding Services
- Select the RMail and/or RSign service to apply the branding configurations to
- Select the banner color
Standard: Blue banner
Light: Light grey banner
- Click Save after inputting information.
- Setup Headers for Branding
- RMail Encryption: Header text is displayed in the RMail Encryption web page.
- RMail ESignOff: Header text is displayed in the RMail ESignOff web page.
- RMail File Share: Header text is displayed in the RMail File Share web page.
- RMail Web App: Header text is displayed in the RMail Online Application.
- RSign Web App: Header text is displayed in the RSign Web Application
- Click Save after inputting information.
- Setup Footer for Branding
- RMail: Enter Footer to be displayed in RMail application.
- RSign: Enter Footer to be displayed in RSign application.
- Click Save after inputting information.
- Branding Setup Summary & Preview
- This step is a summary of the branding configuration.
- The icon
means the item is configured.
- The icon
means the item is not configured.
- A grey logo icon
means the logo is not configured.
- Click the preview icon to view the branding on a web page to confirm the configuration.
