When preparing a document, If the sender would like to delete one or more Fillable Control Fields at the same time, they can do so by using the Delete Selected Controls icon.

To delete selected controls, use the mouse to select the Fillable Control Fields you wish to delete. Release the mouse button. The selected Control Fields should now be highlighted.

Alternatively, you can press and hold the Ctrl key on the keyboard and click with the mouse on the individual controls that you would like to delete.

Next, click on the “X” button in the top toolbar, also referred to as Delete Selected Controls

The selected Control Fields should now be deleted.
